Great Meadows Loopo & Sieur De Monts Trail:
Walk into Acadia from downtown Bar Harbor via the Great Meadow Loop. The trail takes you to Acadia's Great Meadow and Sieur de Monts. Walk one way and come back on an island Explorer bus or take a bike and ride from the Village Green.
Ocean Trail: Walk from Sand Beach by majestic Thunder Hole to the sea cliffs of Otter Point. It is a three mile round trip along the coast with spectacular views
Great Head Trail: This trail is more of a challenge. Start at the east end of Sand Beach or from Schooner Head Road. The l.6 mile trail leads to a rock outcropping with views of the ocean and Sand Beach
Bar Harbor's Shore Path: Start at the Town pier and stroll oceanside with stunning views of the Porcupine Island and Egg Rock light house and the grand estates.
