The Rayes have been grinding mustard in this mill since 1903 and was originally set up to grind mustard sauces for the sardine industry., The mustard mill is a working museum, when the schedule allows, tours are offered on the hour between 10:00 and 3:00 on weekdays and some Saturdays. The pantry Store is open all year and features a broad range of regional arts, crafts, and foods.
