Housed in this 18th century farmhouse overlooking the Essex River is one of the nation's most important collections of American Folk Art. Included in the collection are primitive paintings, redware, painted furniture, shaker boxes, weathervanes and decoys. The museum is open June 1st until October 15th, Wed.-Sun., and tours are given on the hour from ll:00am to 4:00pm.
