Notchview Reservation covers 3,100 acres with great cross-country skiing on 27 km of forested trails. A property of the Trustees of Reservations, a Massachusetts conservation organization, Notchview offers an unparalleled natural skiing experience. Higher elevation means early snow and an extended season, and wooded trails protect skiers from harsh winds. Outer trails take the skier through a variety of forest types and the groomed inner trails offer faster skiing along wooded roads and open fields. Notchview offers something for skiers of every level, gentle slopes for beginners and challenging trails for the more advanced. Relax in either of the two trailside shelters, or the warming and waxing areas in the new Arthur D. Budd Visitor Center.
Operating Season
Early December - Early April. 8 AM - 4:30 PM daily.
