One of the premier ski areas in the state, Jiminy has excellent snowmaking and modern lifts. A destination area, the region supports a prolonged vacation, and the skiing/boarding won't get old, especially for a young family. Jiminy Peak is Massachusetts' largest ski and snowboard resort, and the only one with a high-speed, six-passenger lift. In the summer, Jiminy offers numerous attractions for families inluding a rock climbing wall and an alpine slide. Jiminy is centrally located, close to both Williamstown and Tanglewood and only 3 hours from both Boston and New York. Only 1 hour from Hartford and Springfield.

Skiing mid November to mid April. Lodging year-round Summer attraction May through October.
